Ms. Rae was both knowledgeable, helpful, and interested in assisting me with my request. She was polite, friendly, and treated me with respect, and her assistant Ranquel Saturnino was also quite polite and helpful. Ms. Rae responded in a timely manner to my questions, and most importantly, she always responded! Sandra and her team of staff have delivered once again. I was in need of obtaining a mortgage for my new home. Not knowing where to go or which broker to entrust, I once again went to Sandra to help find me a mortgage deal.
