My husband and I have been looking to buy a home for years. The pandemic didnt make it any easier. We found Charles through Richard and we couldnt be happier. Charles was there day and night for us. Very easy to talk with, very personable. It was stressful at times for me and he made sure I understood everything thoroughly. (When I say stressful, I mean just understanding all the legal information as it was completely new to us.) Even if that meant going through it a couple times. The process with him was smooth.
