Apparently the expectation of an edible meal and mediocre customer service is too much nowadays. Ordered two bowls and while one was fine the other after two bites was noticeably inedible. The wait staff and cooks were unhelpful and refused to change it for even a plain bowl of noodles causing us to go home on empty stomachs. There are dozens of other great places in this plaza, save your time and money and go to them instead.

The restaurant is clean, service is good. The noddle is tasty, but the portion is too big for me. Will definitely visit again, might consider to order one noddle to share, and with more side dishes next time.

Visited this location last night and it was luck that brought me to this place. I've never had this type of noodle before, but I think this is my go to place to get my noodle fix. I love the aroma and taste of the broth. I ordered the Meat Lovers with egg noodles and mild spice and I was hooked. Word of warning: portion sizes are big so go with an empty stomach.

The food is amazing but I have to give the rest 1 star because on Google it said closed at 12am but the first time I came at 11:30pm and the girl said noodles were sold out, and today I came again at 11:20pm and also the same girl said sold out. Its not just the hours showing incorrectly but the service is also bad, especially when I was dine in one time and the girl kept using her phone and talking to ppl in the back, my friend has to come up to the cashier and called her multiple times. To be honest, I have tried many Hey Noodles locations and I have to say that this location has best noodles But since the restaurant sold out all the time before the closing time 30-40 minutes and the staff is unprofessional, I am really disappointed
