        Have also had bad experience with accessibility. Really weird as they have a physio clinic inside for people going through rehabilitation. Bad customer service all around as well.

        Went in for a flu shot and they ran out even though the sign outside said they have flu shots. Wasted my time. Really hard for people to get around with a walker - they need to install a ramp.

        The location has no wheelchair access, no low energy doors for people with disabilities. Spoke with the owners and they don't care even though this is a requirement as per Ontarians with Disabilities 2005 act. Very poor customer service as well.
