        purchased a item on Sunday. Made arrangements to have it delivered on Tuesday afternoon. Call Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be delivered Saturday explained this is no good was told Thursday. Received app to track item . looked at app on Thursday morning and it say cancel. called Lowes no explained why and had to set up delivery for Saturday. don't trust then also would never recommend them

        Great customer service called the store to find out if an item was in stock and the associate at customer service took their time to assist me over the phone. Would definitely recommend because of the service with a smile experience!
