This realtor is extremely unethical. They only care about their commission and refuses to work with other realtors at the expense of the home purchaser. They are not transparent and stated they would keep me in mind when we expressed interest in a new development. But the moment I told them I'm working with a realtor, they said it was all sold out. Then, I contacted them back and stated my contract was up with my realtor and they magically had several lots available. This is unfair practice and unethical. I will be filing a complaint with RECO to address this malpractice.

The service I've received from Domenic has been second to none. After other Realtors were unable to sell my home for the price I wanted, Domenic was able to in less than a month. Domenic has also made the buying process as comfortable as possible answering my calls at all hours of the day and showing me 100's of houses with no pressure until we find the right one.
