It was quite a journey and Ben helped us navigate a stressful series of events as seamlessly as could have been possible. We purchased our dream home but had to close at a date that was sooner than we were originally expecting which put pressure on us to sell our condo. Ben was able to get everything ready to list our condo for sale including the staging, photography and the listing soon after our purchase which helped us to secure a buyer quite quickly. Out for a drive one day to check out a new area, we stumbled across an open house sign. We walked in & Ben greeted us. He was the kindest, friendliest agent. Taking our number he followed up and was determined to find us the best house that suit our family. Ben went out of his way to set up viewings and quickly understood our families must have list. Ben was always responsive to the many questions we had throughout the process and his knowledgable, calm nature made it a very enjoyable experience. With a wild turn of events, we ended up buying the house we first met Ben at. Not only did we buy a new house, we also gained a friend! I would highly recommend Ben to anyone in the market looking for an agent. You will not regret the decision.

I have bought 3 properties with Ben. Two of them were investment properties and one was personal. Each time Ben worked hard on my behalf to get me the best deal possible. He represented my interests extremely well. He was patient and actually cared about what my requirements were. I would not hestitant to recommend Ben to anyone.
