My Girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and recently worked with Dominik Machek on the purchase of our new home, and I can't recommend him enough. The Faris team was highly recommended to us by a good friend, and because we had seen their signage throughout town, we decided to get in touch with them. Dominik had called us, and not long after that, we had the pleasure of welcoming him in person to our condominium. From the moment we first met him, knowing that we would be departing for Florida two days later, we had full faith that the keys to our house and our property would be in capable hands. Dominik was able to guarantee that the house was staged and shown in an impeccable manner with the aid of the FARIS staging crew. The images and videos did a wonderful job of showcasing the attributes of the home, and we signed the paperwork and put it up for sale in less than a week. The marketing strategy was effective, and after a few days, we had an offer in which Dominik successfully negotiated the closing and conditions that we required, in addition to the greatest feasible price. Our levels of tension and anxiety were no longer present. Not only did Dom make himself accessible to us while we were in Florida for questions and concerns, but he was also informed, forthright, and educated us about the process all the way through. The details, including the key exchange at the time of closing (which was problematic), as well as the early morning closing by the attorney he advised, were carried out without a hitch and were completely satisfactory.
