Banty was a referral through a good friend of mine who bought in King City through him. I wanted to move in that area and consulted with Banty. Took several months to find something but he seemed very genuine and no hassle type of guy. Didn't ever pressure me into anything. There are dime a dozen agents but Banty clearly stands out and is extremely trustworthy. We are already looking for my investment property!

Due to the rising rates I had to sell my condo in Toronto. I'm so glad one of my colleagues referred me to Banty. Banty helped me sell it fairly quickly and I was quite surprised that he sold it that fast for a very good price. He then helped me find a good rental in the same building. I'll definitely contact him when I want to buy again.

I'm a restaurant owner and Banty came in one day with his family for lunch. I see a lot of people on a daily basis and rarely converse with anyone. But Banty initiated a conversation about a topic and we just got into chatting. I've been around the block and know many agents and almost all of them just want commission and lure you to sign an agreement; however, Banty seemed to be very different and genuinely cared about what I wanted. Long story short, I use him for all my real estate needs now!
