Transit City Condos Vaughan

This condo is on VMC subway and bus transit ,YMCA pool, gym and library at doorstep. In harsh winters this convenience is priceless. Downtown UFT, finance district 30min subway, York Univ is 5min subway and Yorkdake 10min and Vaughan Mills 5min. There is development everywhere so construction is inevitable. It's called transit city , as on subway and no parking was expected. Still street parking after hours is cheap. Expensive parking on subway is in every location in toronto. Excellent area to live, shop and dine.

The management and office is almost never available. Even during hours of operation hardly anyone picks up the phone. Very badly managed condos and offices. Nothing ever gets done on time and they are unable to answer questions properly and clearly regarding condo amenties, rules, etc. Shoddily built despite being newly built in 2020. The spacing is absurd. Small rooms with large balconies. Use that space to extent the rooms?? Why there is weed smelling coming from the vents, I don,t know. Parking spaces are limited and they are VERY quick to tow.

This building are so bad. No parking included no gym for the your family one person is allow to go to there.
