The amount of times I've been to Vaughn mills this was my first time in this store. On sunday Jan 15 at 3:15pm me and my partner walked into the store, at the time the store was not busy. I tried on 3 shoes. There was a lady walking around not engaging with the few customers that were in the store including us. Picked a shoe that fit, walked to the cashier and Saba and the assistant manager Arifa ( I think that's what it said on her name tag). Didn't acknowledge me once. Infact Saba says "I've been standing here on my phone the entire time". Then walks away while the assistant is trying to log into the register, then tells me to "come over here" referring to the register on my right. Then says " can I get your email. I say no, she tells me my total then puts my bill in the bag. After I pay. Not only was I not acknowledged I wasn't greeted. If I didn't like the shoes I would have left them right there on the counter because of their sour attitude. I will not go back there.
