The lady in this store is so rude. We visited today to look dress shoes for our son. My wife asked her if they have for kids and she just answered that their shoes are EXPENSIVE. Unbelievable, you are judged the way you look in this store.

Best customer service experience. The associates are very helpful, calm, and patient. Their shoes are really comfortable, the best I ever had and will buy again.

The store manager, I believe her name was Farah, was extremely helpful. She was very polite and, obviously, very knowledgeable. She listened to me, asked good questions and offered helpful suggestions. I ended up buying a pair of winter boots and sandals for the summer. Thank you.

Extremely rude customer service. Said we didnt need assistance and were watched and followed around like we were planning to steal something. When we pulled the wrong size, before we could put the box back on the shelf, the employee appeared and scolded us. thats why I asked if you needed help. There are more than enough stores at VM that are friendly and happy to let a customer browse. This isnt one of them.
