Good printing quality but poor customer service. I received my order with a shirt clearly not the right size fompared to the other shirts. I emailed them and never got a response back...

Super Impressed! Just received our order! I've tried SO many online stores for apparel and I have been disappointed every single time. Canadian Custom Apparel is the first company to not let me down! Ordered Tshirts and hoodies for my crew, sizing for their product is way too small. I advised the company. They told me to order from them again but this time using another brand of t shirts and hoodies that would be more representative in terms of sizing. They said to buy more and they would give me a discount. I asked them why no one contacted me prior to my last order to tell me the products chosen are not as equivalent to real sizing in general. Never had a response back. Poor service. If you order there watch out for products that are not true to sizing.

I've never ordered custom T shirts before and I decided to go with Canadian Custom Apparel based on Google reviews. I'm grateful that I did. Very happy with the quality of the shirt and the image printed on it. Extra thanks to Emma who took care of everything and answered all of my questions. I will definitely order again from Canadian custom apparel.
