On Thursday (day before yesterday) I really needed to find an ISUP. The only place where I could find ine was here (but it just arrived from the vendor and still was in the container). After a chat with Samantha she said that its almost impossible to get it out until Monday. Wheather was showing a great wheather iber the weekend, as it was ine of the last ones in this summer. I really did want to surprise my wife with a paddle board which ahe was requesting for the third summer :). After I ordered online on Thursday(as per Samanthas request and promise) I GOT THE PADDLEBOARD FRIDAY MORNING. I wish anyone will get such an exceptional customer service everywhere in Canada cause people like Samantha are hard to find. This will be my spot for the next backyard purchase 100%, and I highly recommend them.

It is a pleasure to share a good news customer service story. We bought our Granville firetable over three years ago at a Homeshow and subsequently followed up with Backyard Lifestles to consult on the best system for our yard- Juan provided us with advice of the right propane set up and tank cover system. We have used the fire set more than we ever would have imagined- firepit is in perfect condition but the tank cover was impacted this winter. I called Juan this year expecting to replace it and he was the super hero of superior customer service. He said hed not yet heard of that kind of weathering before, asked me to send photos and offered to ship out a replacement without any resistance. I cannot recall the last time a company so proactively responded to an inquiry. We had already recommended their firepit products to many folks who enjoyed ours. We are so grateful for their service and business ethics. Many thanks to their team!!!
