The people are so rude. Its truly a surreal experience when they ignore you and you have to interrupt their conversation to ask something and theyre annoyed. Ew. Also the clothes are awful quality and the fashion is so outdated there. OVERPRICED

Do not waste your money with this brand. I have shopped here for years. Back when they had locations all over downtown Toronto as well. Clothes never the best quality - but prices used to be a bit lower - now the quality is still low but the pricing is pretty high for something so cheaply made. On occasion they do have some decent items - I bought an item as a gift for someone - they didnt like it so I went to return. It said no where on the receipt that it was final sale, I also told the sales girl I was buying it as a gift and she said it would be no problem to return within 15 days or whatever. But I went to return today and was told by the staff at the counter its final sale- I asked for store credit - they told me to go to square one for a return. That makes no sense I left and called square one - didnt wanna waste my time to drive there if they were not gonna accept the return. They told me to go back into the Vaughan location and the manager will speak to that manager. I go back in , the girl rolls her eyes and gets the manager . She comes back and they start yelling at each other on the phone. She comes back says - fine Ill do it - and then storms to the back. I dont appreciate literally being treated like the scum of the earth for a simple return - the item was never worn and still tagged. I didnt even need the refund - I was gonna be fine with store credit because I shop there once in a while. I will no longer shop here and will let my girlfriends know as well.

Worst customer services ever , I walked to Vaughan mills location to return a dress that i bought for the wedding that i never attend , The lady or The store manager according to her refused to return or refund me my money , she said that there is a make up stain on the dress , she said the cashier should left a notice if the stain was there when i bough the dress , I did try the dress only one time when i was in their store and didnt look at it after that. i have my original receipt and tag still on the dress and she refused to return it This is a scam store , with an professional store manager that supposed to watch her employee , instead of questing a customer why her employee did not do their job not my fault if u let all the customer try the dresses u have no control over how the dresses looks like since thousand of customer trying them every day.. This store sell damage clothes, and they just want to steal peoples money with their rude an professional employee never ever buying anything from this store

Big shoutout to the girls who work here. All got great vibes . Rebecca helped me pick the perfect dress . Michelle helped me exchange it cause I bought the wrong size over the phone and helped me save some money . Big thanks
