Don't trust their website. The prices mentioned there are far away from the reality. I wanted to rent one bedroom for 3 weeks, there was no opportunity for this property for this period, only for 8 days and the only option was 2 bedroom unit... OK.. And than the price was said... It was almost twice bigger, than the price on their website... And suddenly the tax was added (despite the information on their site - no tax) Wasn't there, I can't tell anything about the place, just telling about my experience with them by the call comparing the information on their website ...

Had to travel from NS to Sudbury for family emergency.Found my stay comfortable and any extra needs were met quickly.Denise kept my room clean and comfortable and made herself available for a chat when she could which I appreciated very much.Bruno and Giselle were very helpful and understanding.Bruno is very accommodating and flexible with issues that come up.Safe building and area for walking outside.I would recommend this place to others.

My husband and I stayed at Copper Kettle from mid November'22 to December'22. Right from the very beginning, everything was perfectly set up for our stay. The apartments are cozy and fully furnished with everything set up for one to enjoy a comfortable stay - you can simply move in with your bags. The building is secure and has commercial coin laundry in the basement. The apartments are fully serviced - cleaning is done every two weeks and you can reach out to the super friendly staff for any issues. There is also a common area with a fully stocked k-cup coffee machine and a fridge. The guest house is walkable distance from Canada Post, a convenience store and a park. What more can one ask for? It was a truly delightful stay thanks to Bruno, Denise and Atlas and I would recommend Copper Kettle to everyone who is visiting Sudbury and nearby areas.
