I filled out a form regarding my sign idea, and within a couple hours John sent me a mock up. I had second thoughts on my idea, so he sent me a new mock up, still on the same day.
I was quoted lead times, that for a custom made sign was completely reasonable. And yet, I was informed my sign shipped well before I expected it to.
Sign showed up today. It looks great.
Between the customer service, quick responses, and end product, you can not go wrong. I highly recommend. I'm already wondering where I can use him again.
