        Ive trained here since I was 10 years old. I wouldnt have been able to accomplish what I have if it werent for this gym. With the updated workout programs, high end facility, and supportive staff I am able to grow as a person and an athlete. I highly recommend this gym to any athlete wanting to accomplish their goals and make it to the next level.

        Gold Performance Training is the most welcoming, loving, and intense Gym. The staff: Jackie, Sam and Alyssa, are amazing trainers that push me to be the best I can be and encourage me during every single workout. I quickly became friends with the other athletes that workout at the same time as me thanks to the friendly and cheerful environment. Dont get me wrong I work my butt of here and sweat buckets. 10/10 love this place, would highly recommend.
