TerryLynn's Beau-Teek

TerryLynn has always been kind, courteous and personable. I think this town sometimes forget the origin of things and don't show credit where credit is due nearly enough. TerryLynn was the original piercer in town for as long as I can remember. She tought her knowledge to others who carry out her principles in their own business to this day and would quite possibly not be where they are right now if it weren't for TerryLynn. She acknowledges you in public, asks how the family is and follows up with conversations previously had at the shop! Shes patient and professional and has passed that down to her apprentices. Very disappointed with the service I got at TerryLynns Beau-teek. Aside from the fact that they are barely open, I went towards the end of their business day and they had decided to close early. I called them, and they refused to serve me even if it was while they were suppose to be open and it was within their business hours. They said they decided to close early and wouldnt allow me to make a simple purchase. I didnt even want any lengthy service, just a quick purchase and still said no! Not professional at all. No bad weather, no holiday, just a regular Tuesday. With the economy these days I dont think any business should refuse customers, refuse sales and be rude and unprofessional. Long time customer who will not be returning!!!
