        The receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. My elderly grandmother was there and the way she spoke to her was horrible. Thankfully my mother was there to advocate for her and put the receptionist in her place. The NP Lannie Mitchell also had a horrible attitude with my 80 year old grandmother and de rostered her for non compliance- my grandmother is elderly and going through early onset dementia...this is her job, she clearly lacks the skills required to deal with this age group. Totally unprofessional people who lack empathy. Like another review said, pls avoid bringing your elderly loved ones here. I know we are desperate for healthcare workers but pls do not leave your elderly loved ones in the care of these people. The employees are only there to collect a paycheck.
