What a Beautiful shop, lots of things to choose from. Beautiful floral arrangements. Amanda, the owner is so very helpful when you're looking for something nice. She's super friendly and knows exactly what you're looking for.

Our mother just passed away and its a very stressful and confusing time and the owner of this establishment got really insistent with me on the phone because there was no one at the condo to receive the flowers. So she called me and I told her I was two minutes away and that I would be there right away to get the flowers so I had to rush out of the funeral home to meet the delivery man and she just kept asking me over and over but where are you? And I repeated several time that I was two minutes away. She was super insensitive and just really unfriendly on the phone and I didnt appreciate it.Also another time we received flowers from this florist and the flowers were just horrible and when I went in to speak to her about it she was also rude and unprofessional and did nothing to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this florist. We have dealt with Roys for over 40 years and never, ever had an issue like this.
