        Had to wait 2 days for the car due to one brake part that wasnt there. They called at 3 pm. to pick it up, and it was covered with ice rain from the storm the night before. We asked why did they wait so long to call us, the lady said she just finished the paperwork. And they had worked on the car till 10:30 the night before. When we went back the next day, because the brakes were still soft, the mechanic took it out, came back and said they were ok. He said if we werent happy, to go to another garage and get them checked. After spending $430.00 for a brake job. We told him we wouldnt be back, he just said Thats fine. Definitely have to work on their customer service skills. Service: Brakes
