Do not deal with this company. We were pulling our camper trailer from our home near Sarnia and the engine in our Sate Fe seized, but we got to the Huyandai dealer. We needed to get to a wedding i Fredericton, so thought we needed storage for the trailer, and called Safe Storage. Their advertised fee is $50.00 for 1 month. We paid $86, including admin and tax. As it turned out we were able to get a vehicle to pull out trailer, so later in the day we cancelled the space. We called 3 times to get a rebate and told a manager would call back. 2 days later, he did and said all we would get back was $20.00. the service is terrible there, and I feel i was treated unfairly. If you need storage, i strongly advise you stay away from this company. Frank Backx. I will also go on facebook and write a letter to their paper so others don't get taken like I was
