So far the best body shop I have ever used!! I will start by saying that my car has gone to a bunch of "Honda Approved" body shops before (3 to be exact) for warranty work and they could never seem to color match the paint properly and the results were poor. When my car was hit in a parking lot (drivers passenger door) and my insurance gave me very few options with Tillsonburg Carstar as one of them, I was a little worried at first knowing that the Honda approved body shops couldn't color match well. What could I expect from Tillsonburg Carstar through an insurance claim. We all know insurance tries to pay the least amount possible so naturally you would assume quality would be a casualty. The entire process was a breeze! I got my car back and I have never had a more precise color match on my car! You cannot tell that the door was replaced and painted! The workmanship is top notch!! I am so happy with it I felt that I had to share this review with as many people as I could. If I could only make one suggestion and I don't feel a need to reduce my rating because of it, is a little more communication would have been nice throughout the process. ;) Overall I'm super satisfied, the car came back above expectation! I would not hesitate to refer all my friends and family if they need to have body work done to Carstar Tillsonburg! Thank You guys one more time! You guys nailed it!!! Services: Body & Trim, Painting
