The first time back in quite a while. Lockhart's is a 3 hour ride away from home but, as always, worth the trip. I had a long long long list (did I mention long?) of items for the service department to fulfill. I arrived at 9:00 am and was in their "lounge" until 3:30 for everything to get done. Other than walking down the road to the Courtland Bakery (a must do) I sat on the couch and read and watched some TV. Staff walked by on many occasions, asking if I needed anything, etc. When it was all said and one, the my long long long (did I mention long?) list was completed and everything was added and fixed! A great experience as always. Thank you so much Lockhart's for getting "CRUSH" ready for another riding season!

Went in to exchange something I bought online. The Ladies working the parts desk on the Saturday. Mo and Maddison were absolutely amazing. Even if its out of your way you should definitely make this your store to go too.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle online & then by phone. The purchase price was $12,599. I asked if they would put a windshield on it for that price. Brendan said he would get back to me in an hour. 2 days later I called asking for the answer. After a bit of back and forth, the reply was no. No was ok but when you are firmly and disrespectfullly told "No, I, Do not need to drop a dime and with not drop a dime " It changes the dynamics. I am a 60 year old man, retired and pretty well off. This Ryker was being shipped to Mahone bay in N.S. I complained to the salesman and management. The reply, no reply and raised the price of the unit by $400 so they can say it's not the same unit. KM EXACTLY I.D. # BUT IT IS !! Really disappointed that a business in my area becomes so big that customer service and customer respect is no longer provided.
