        Was beyond disappointed in the absolute lack of consideration and customer service. I had placed an order two weeks prior for suspender boots for my dog. Not only did they not come in, but no one contacted me to tell me so I could look elsewhere. The associate and manager both were beyond incompetant lacking any and all accountability or care. This certainly contributes to why I will no longer shop at this store. Bright eyes and bushy tails offers outstanding service and they would never let this happen. For the owner if you look to any potential of lost customers. This would be why. I am beyond upset and frustrated and highly recommend to use any other pet store than this. all I can say is if I could give a zero stars like they gave me zero " F%#&$&@ I would! Not even an apology, explanation just completely unaffected. Wow!
