        Been dealing with Hear Canada for a couple of years now... this past year the first set of aids did not fit my dad at all. But they stepped up to help with refitting them.. that is the two stars reason. The One big problem, there is a terrible ethical issue with some staff at the Dundas Ontario location. When asked to just deal with my dads POA;s .(several times)..it was ignored. This staff member continued to call on unauthorized persons to approve my dads care. Totally, wrong in my opinion. I have pulled my dads account and will be dealing with someone else.
