        I went through the drive thru today and i ordered a cream o broccoli soup, i got to work and opened it up and it was like water! not cream at all, my daughter took it back for me as i was at work. The owner was there and told my daughter that she was lying and that she did not purchase it from that location. My daughter had to call me so this unprofessional owner could hear me say are you kidding me I just went through. My daughter told the owner that she will write a review, the lady said I really don't care!! This location is the worst location that i have ever been to, they rush you through as if your a no body, they always make mistakes with our order, then today was the final straw, we are done coming here and will never return, Tim Hortons get some owners that care.

        The worst services I can ever see on any Tim hortons. Only paying attention to drive thru and walk in customers are waiting for 10 mins to get a single drink. Even staff is not very good, dont know how to make correct drinks. Its really frustrating to go back 3 times in order to get right order.
