Happy with the service Dr.Shankman was very pleasant to deal with, he squeezed me in to accommodate my schedule and situation. I will now be changing my dentist to Dundas Valley Dentistry.

Doc Shankman has been our family dentist for over 15 years. We trust him with all our dental work as he's a great technician...but also personable and easy to work with. He's approachable and gladly explains what dental work you could use and how he is going to do it.

I gave one star because I am tired. I did my temp shift in february. Since then I have been calling to this office for that shift payment but they are just giving me a false promise. I have called more than 20 times since then. Actully on 2nd feb I did my shift and from that day manager told me to come another day for shift. I am not aware off exact day when I worked because I did all record keeping at the end of my shift. I have also record my shift time and wage on the paper they have given me on that day but they told me we lost the paper and we dont have a record. From then I have been calling multiple times regarding payment of my shift. I called Ravneet who is working on front desk and she is totally aware about situation but looks like she doesnt want to take responsibility and let Dr Shankman know about my shift payment. Its not about payment, its all about truthfullness and honesty. In the month of march, I keep calling 3-4 days continuesly then they block my number and then I called from my frinds's number then they receive my call. I have been also talked with Pooja who is Hygenist. We spoke in the month of march, she told me Dr Shankman is now on vacation so he will come in 2 weeks so within 2 weeks I am going to e transfer you. I told her I am going to India so if you can arrange me ASAP but she told me dont worry you will get it within 2 weeks. Its been more than 2 months till now but I didnt get it. 2 days before I spoke with her again she told me that wait for half an hour I am going to e-transfer you just send me email address. I have given my email addres more than 4 times till today but I never got any amount.
