Very positive experience, Dr Lemckert and staff very friendly , no waiting for appointments, very accommodating as I got an appointment same day when I accidentally lost a few stitches, also received phone calls from the Dr. himself with test results. Would highly recommend this office to anyone asking!

Very disappointed! Appointment was rushed, generally given the impression by Dr. Lemckert that I was wasting his time being there for my ear issue! Whole experience did not live up to my expectations after reading previous reviews. His attitude was demeaning and arrogant. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Hello! I have been a client of Dr. Ron Lemckert for the past year. As someone with a complicated situation with different types of scars on my face, some shallow, some deep, Dr. Lemckert came up with a treatment plan that tailored to my needs to be able to improve the look of my facial scarring. Doctor Lemckert is a very authentic, friendly and approachable doctor. Also, he has a great team at CUTIS who are all very kind, friendly and helpful. First of all, I appreciate how realistic Dr. Lemckert was with me about what he would do and the final results to be expected. He explained to me that he cant make my skin perfect, but that he could improve it by 60% with the amount of work and service he offered for a certain price that would be affordable for me. He needed to do scar excision on large scars on both sides of my face. His work was very meticulous and he wasnt satisfied until he felt he did the best he was able to do when surgically removing the scars and then stitching me up again. He was very precise about it which made me feel safe and at ease. I knew I was in great hands. I also had a large scar on my chin on which he did scar subscision and sculptra on. He did a few sessions on that scar and this really improved the look of the scar where it was much less noticeable. Finally, a few months after all these surgeries/procedures, he was able to start laser skin treatments. 2 types of lasers were used, Dr. Lemckert used the ablative (Erbium YAG laser) for the deeper scars and Tara used the non ablative (Halo laser) for the surface scars. They did 4 sessions of these lasers each one month apart. With each session, I could see more and more improvement. I am very pleased by the results from these combination of lasers. My skin now has a definite improvement just like he said it would and I feel much more confident and less self conscious. He told me I need to wait 6 months before I decide to do another laser treatment because my skin now needs to take time to heal. Regarding the price of all of these treatments, they were considerably more than originally planned but a good part of that was due to additional treatments in which I requested, and also they explained that the price went up 15% due to covid. I plan to eventually have Dr. Lemckert do a CO2 laser treatment or JPlasma treatment. (The most intense, effective lasers) Dr. Lemckert is a very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled doctor. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Lemckert. After we tried alternative treatments, I had several nose polyps removed in his office last month. This has been life changing as I can breathe and sleep now. The procedure was quick and he was so understanding, kind and gentle. I barely had any discomfort, pain and had no bruising. I would do it again in a heart beat. Dr. Lemckert and his staff were welcoming, professional, kind and efficient. I have never had to wait in the office and was seen almost immediately at every visit. I was very impressed when Dr. Lemckert returned my call and that he actually answered the phone when I called the office. I do not know of many Doctors who would do this, if any. I cannot say enough about my positive experience and I am so grateful. Thank-you Dr. Lemckert and team. Happy New Year!
