I bring my daughter to Children's Hospital on Main from Kitchener, so going back my daughter asked for ICE CAP so I walked in and the first thing I saw was all the donuts were DRY and OLD and NO STAFF. The people who was serving a girl(looks like in trainin) and the baker going back and forth. So I ordered Medium ICE CAP and Medium STEEP TEA dd with milk. The girl said I don't have ICE CAP today but can give you CREAMY CHOCOLATE CHILL . So I was wondering how she is going to make that if the machine is not working. Anyway waited for 15 minutes to get my order and my STEEP TEA was AWFUL DISCUSSTING . The pastry I got was very dry. Very disappointing when we pay but the service is soooooo . Hire some people and train them good. Me and daughter feel sick to the stomach. I will never want to go to any TIM HORTONS anymore it's AWFUL, AWFUL feeling now. Wasted my money.
