I saw Simone when she was working out of her Toronto space. My experience with Simone was much more than your regular massage. I am an RN and sports acupuncturist and I wasn't sure what to expect from the reiki/massage treatments but was interested in trying. I can say after my first session I have never left an appointment so relaxed on so many different levels. I have unfortunately not been able to replace her level of treatments hence my delayed review. She is a special practitioner and Dundas is lucky to have her serve the community.

Simone has been my body/energy worker for a number of years now, going on as a mentor for my own bodywork practice. Her approach to the body, mind and spirit has been nothing short of inspiring, empowering and profound. Her capacity to hold space for some of my most intense emotional releases has been life-changing. Her support, wisdom and empathy has helped me transform much of my weakness into strength. Her intuition is spot on and understands the needs of her clients on every level. I truly admire the honour and integrity of how she holds herself as a Holisitic Healing Arts Practitioner. Recently she hosted a shamanic journeying workshop in a gorgeous location (Wendy's Yoga studio) near the Dundas Conservation Valley where I shared space in ceremony with some amazing women. It was my first time exploring this type of spirituality and I felt so safe and cared for. There was immense attention to detail in preparation from the little synchronicities towards how great the connections that had been made were. I had some excellent journeying experiences connecting with my spirit guides and nature. It helped facilitate healing many things I had been going through and the messages I have received still remain strong in my consciousness. I am looking forward to the next one.
