I am writing this review on behalf of a friend who sought psychotherapeutic services from Rebound Total Health and wants to remain anonymous: I am so grateful that Rebound provides clients with the opportunity to schedule consultations with prospective therapists with ease. This allowed me to find a therapist who was a great match for me and the concerns I was hoping to address. I found the space to be warm and inviting and appreciated the flexibility of seeing my therapist in-person and virtually. Not only did I gain valuable insight into some of the patterns recurring in my life, but I also developed the tools to cope with some longstanding issues. Rebound's blog is also filled with helpful tips for managing and improving mental health.

I love the modern feel of the clinic and the therapists that work there. You can tell they're up to date with therapy styles and so far the ones I've spoken to have great personalities! I went from feeling anxious about starting there to feeling excited and happier in my personal life!
