I recently moved to Dundas, and have been a daily Tims customer for many many years across the country. This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst franchise across the country, 1 star is actually too high. Horrible customer service. Drive thru workers handle money and then hand you your coffee with their hands all over the lid. Absolutely disgusting. Orders are constantly wrong. Food is stale and this morning bad, my breakfast sandwich tasted foul. They are constantly running out of ingredients and dont tell you until after youve paid, or they offer and in some cases just give you double sausage on an egg an cheese when out of egg, yuck. The workers are rude and have not been trained properly. Stay far away from this location. The location on highway 5 and highway 6 is well worth the drive.

Twice in drive thru and when I get to window they tell me there's no de-caf coffee. Night before my wife waited while two employees fought over who was going to serve here .This place is pathetic.Also since new owners ha e taken over the drive thru attendant HANDLES YOUR MONEY MAKES YOUR COFFE AND SERVES IT OUT THE WINDOW.Isnt this a good way to spread vivid 19.2 lines too order 1 blocked with a cone .8min in line to get to speaker(they serve 1 at a time) order 2 black coffees and the dopes still get it wrong
