        My husband and I love this place. We always stay here the night before our Algonquin camp trip. We drive up from Detroit, MI USA and Dwight Village Motel is such a welcoming sight for us! Always clean. Always friendly. A basic motel room but somehow it fits the area better than some ridiculous big box motel. We have stayed at the motel at least six times.

        We were there this past weekend for a family gathering. Our host was friendly and very gracious when we checked in. We used the propane barbecues for a big dinner and breakfast for the dozen of us, and sat around the fire pit long into the evening. (The firewood and propane were both provided for free!) The rooms were all very clean, and freshly decorated. The beds were top notch too. Theres nothing negative any of could possibly say. It was obvious from the moment we drove in that these folks really take pride in their motel, and they show it in every way. Highly recommended!

        Owner was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early because we were on a motorcycle and were trying to beat bad weather. They let us check in early and were very nice. Room was very clean, had everything we needed and was decorated nicely with an Algonquian theme. We sat outside our room in the adarondack chairs and enjoyed a beverage. There is a large fire pit with free wood available if you desire as well as propane bbqs. Would highly recommend! We definitely plan on visiting again. Thank you for an awesome stay!
