Niche Decor

I am really disappointed with the customer service at Niche Decor. After spending $16000.00 on living room furniture and waiting 7 months for delivery. I have called the store 4 x over the last 2 weeks trying to find out when my items will arrive. Nobody has ever called me back. Today I decided to walk into the store to find out when they would arrive and was told oh they arrived yesterday. No phone call or email. Then Im told if I pick up nobody can help load the items into the deliver vehicle. I will not be stepping foot in this store again and really regret giving them my business in the past.

Nice folks here but be careful with large purchases. Couch we bought was months late which is typical these days (not the reason for 2 stars), but when it came the leather had some minor damages and the couch wasn't the measurements we ordered. We paid extra (1-2k) for an additional 6" depth and it shipped with between 2-3" depending where you measured. 2 stars because we paid close to 10k for a couch that shipped with damages and the wrong measurements. Basically we waited a year and are now stuck with it. Too bad - good craftsmanship but don't expect to be able to return anything if it has damages or defects. P.S. their final offer for compensation was a leather repair kit lol - we saved forever for this couch...

I can't say enough good things about the delivery guys that brought our furniture. They were awesome!
