Cockroaches everywhere! In the common areas, each 1,3, and 5 Massey sq building has the problem. The management won't take action. Individual unit pest control doesn't help because literally EVERY SINGLE unit has cockroaches. Tenants stay away. Buyers be aware. Cockroaches are here to stay. YYC16 is the worst management in Canada. Stay away and spend your money somewhere where it's actually worth it.
