Horrible experience with this contractor. Took money from us and did not complete the job and left the house without heating in the winter. He installed vinyl in the house which has a crawl space without sub flooring. This contractor stole our personal items when we specifically told him to keep everything aside as we were out of the country. Wondering how these contractors remain in business and manage to cheat people. As per our last conversation he was supposed to leave the country and file for bankruptcy. We are planning to take legal action against Mr. Kahraman. In the meantime wondering how our government allows and licenses these contractors to fool and cheat common people.
