KT Partners LLP

My daughter was placed to do her Co-Op with KT Partners LLP. During her placement she has experienced extreme unprofessionalism, untrustworthy staff and exploitation. Not to mention how she was scrutinized by this firms HR individual, when she asked for a face mask in order not to spread her germs while having the common cold. During the tax season, she was expected to work approximately 120 hours over time, and not get paid for it. To entice the students to work more, they provided lunch and lead them on with the hope of receiving a bonus based on performance at the end of the term, only to find out that it is the sole discretion of KT Partners and that you need to qualify for one. If you are a student looking for placement; would like to work in an unprofessional and unethical environment and would like to be exploited then this is the place for you. I would not recommend KT Partners as a client or as a place of employment.

I was handed off to this firm by my previous accountant, and after sticking it out for a few years I'm extremely disappointed with their work, and additional billing that seems to happen without prior consultation with the client. I cannot in good conscience reccomend them.
