Premier Project Management

Matt is a true professional. Both my partner and I were lucky to have his help on our first renovation project gutting a century old semi-detached . We decided to save some money and work with out a designer on the project. Without Matt's suggestions and expertise we would not have been able to figure out how to bring our inspirations to life. The place looks identical to our vision board. His team was courteous on site and also very clean. We had some suprises throughout the project as with any renovation, but all were handled smoothly/efficiently. I am still shocked that we were able to complete the entire project within 3 months - from demo to finished!! Premiere Project Management is perhaps the most impressive GC weve worked with. The owner Matt understands the construction process at a deep level. His standards for excellence, level of cleanliness, and commitment to timelines make him an elite project manager. But what sets him apart is his human side. He manages his trades firm but fairly (always pays on time!), and truly cares about his clients. He is available to his customers, returns calls promptly and has the communication skills to explain complex technical work in easy to understand language.
