Dr. Steen and Aronson should consider switching their career as they were to say straight to me. I spoke to my new specialist and told me that they should walk into any workshops how to deal with the patients .

I needed to do a refill of my thyroid medication because I do not have a thyroid and was waiting since 2PM for 6 hours on the phone to talk to a CSR and when my turn was #3 this organization hung up on me. My endocrinologist was on vacation and my family doctor too so I needed to talk to the doctor on call at LMC healthcare but now I will not get my meds since the pharmacy cannot renew it unless I get a doctor to approve it or they will charge me to do a refill which otherwise will cost me pennies. TERRIBLE service, why did you not mention that you will only provide service until 8PM and not to all those in the queue that were waiting for hours.

My daughter made an appointment over a month ago when she knew she would be home from school. They just called and cancelled it because the dr is going on vacation. Now she cant get an appointment at the last minute. Clearly they dont care about their parents
