After waiting for an hour and a half to be seen after my scheduled appointment, I was barely attended to by Susan with no resolution for my worsening eye issues. My regular optometrist is more attentive and has at least tried to help. Complete waste of time Very busy and rushed office. Do not recommend.

I went in in April it was so very busy.I was told by Doctor Rutherford that my Moms cataracts could wait they werent that bad I should keep an eye on them and come back and get them check. In September we came back they were very bad Mom cant see very well at all. Doctor points her finger to me. Why didnt she have it done last time she was here! Now the operation will be harder. I am feeling very upset. It wasnt explained to me thats what happens.

Dr. Rutherford is a caring, dedicated professional who is very kind and I feel confident that she is advising me properly regarding my eyes. So glad I was referred to her. The receptionist who books the appointments and answers the phones is so kind.
