Dr. Albino Chiodo

Dr. Chiodo is not even in the county since Nov, 2021, and been told no ETA return time... the reception didn't tell me till I'm arrived for the appointment. I'm been seen by dr. Chiodo for over 10 years... they are using dr. Chiodo's name taking new patient and didn't tell the patient till they arrived...bad reception service and communication and what a waste of time....

I scheduled an appointment a few months ahead, took a day off work and well... After hours of waiting infront of closed doors I'm not sure if I'll ever will get in. What a joke of a medical office.

Terrible doctor. Went for a Septoplasty and literally nothing is fixed. Still cant breathe through my nose, and now my nose keeps making a clicking noise. Biggest waste of time ever. Do yourself a favour and go to a plastic surgeon.

It is very unfortunate that Dr. Chiodo's office is being used to get patients in, I was expecting to see him but instead I was ambushed by another doctor who I never met before and quickly said they are covering for him while he's on a leave. I was not pleased that they booked me without even mentioning that Dr. Chiodo is not even here in Canada and that they have no idea when he's returning. The one that looked at me doesn't even know where to start! Looked at my file then ask me what I want them to do. Like really if you look at my file the history will show what routine Dr.chiodo does when I go for my annual check up. Instead I have to tell this doctor what she needs to do. I am very sad that he may not be returning he was a really good ENT and this people just keep lying it is not fair to the patients. Be honest don't trick people.
