Staff are always pleasant and I havent visited a big-box pet store ever since finding them. Its a convenient location with lots of parking to accommodate my laziness.

Shop owner is slooooow to acknowledge and process patrons' purchases. Products are very expensive, like what you'd pay at a hotel tuck shop.
