Highly recommend. Have used the service twice for my children. Easy and convenient to book, clear communication, staff have been friendly and knowledgeable, appointments with doctors have been on time, quick, issues address in a friendly way. Great way to get medical expertise for issues that cant wait a couple weeks for a local doctors appointment.

Totally useless. "Go to Emerg" I waited over an hour to hear this. MD tells me "I can't examine you so I can't treat you". She can bill OHIP for the advice though. Total waste of tax dollars.

Who would have thought a 30 minute phone call could have such an impact on your life! Being on a crazy battle with my ptsd symptoms and anxiety for over 2.5 years my perspective has been completely changed. This has to be the first time Ive ever felt so positive after an appointment. The customer service was outstanding! My educator was phenomenal, so approachable and made me feel understood. The amount of resources and education provided was fantastic. Cant say enough to thank this amazing team!
