Nerya and his team have done an outstanding work flattening our ceilings, theyve also repaired plaster where needed and painted the walls and have done the trims which we were very very satisfied with, the way the project was being conducted was really 100%, they have used a drop cloths canvas and covered all the necessary surfaces and kept things neat and tidy, when the job was finished promptly they left our home as clean as it was before the start, the work area was thoroughly vacuumed and clean with a fresh new look, and for the most part, the total cost we thought was fair and reasonable. Weve received a few quotes and quickly decided to go with Nerya and his team firstly, because they were so well organized and very clear on the process, secondly the costs for the job were clear and competitive, thirdly, on the job the whole team seemed responsive and enjoying the work they do, the Popcorn removal was done very professional. Nerya & Elliott and the crew were great, professional, polite, accommodating flexible to changes and above all they did do an excellent and clean job on the house. P.S. Nerya was very kind and communicative over the phone explaining all the options we have. The team was very professional, they made sure to cover the floor entirely and all the furniture before they started painting. After quickly and thoroughly painting our entire condo, they even cleaned the floor leaving the condo with a good smell. I'm very pleased with the end result.
