We were relocating across the country to Toronto and needed help finding a condo. Obviously this was a super overwhelming task. We needed someone we could trust and Mani at The Chateau Group was above and beyond what we needed. He really took the time to listen and find the best area for us that fit within our criteria. He was super upfront and honest which built so much confidence and trust in him. He follows up regularly and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Mani is such an incredible realtor to support you with the sale and/or purchase of your new home! We have now used Mani for both the purchase of our first condo and have recently sold, looking to buy our next upgraded home. My wife and I truly value the level of trust we have with Mani. On many occasions, we were going to make bad decisions and Mani could have easily cashed on in a commission cheque. He has never taken the easy way out and has always been an expert to guide us in making a smart decision. Purchasing a home is a daunting task and Mani will always help you see your blindspots. Additionally, he has helped save a significant amount of money by negotiating and ensuring we get the best value for our purchase and sale. We were nervous to sell in the market we are in today but Mani pulled through, was creative and got us to the number we wanted to be at going into our decision to sell.
