If you want a beautiful place for a quiet and private afternoon tea take a drive out to the country and visit Harlem Stonegate. Although this operates as a B&B there is no need to be a guest, just make sure to call and reserve in advance. The tea service was fantastic. The food was devine. And the service was top notch. Thank you Alicia and Dave for making my birthday a fantastic one!

From the moment we drove up to the property you could feel the stress peel away. Alicia greeted us on the beautiful wrap around porch and took us to our cosy room. The house has so much character and Alicia and Dave put so much work into making everything calming. We had a great night sleep and woke up to an absolutely delicious breakfast. Dave didnt have to ask if we enjoyed it because our dishes were scraped clean. After breakfast Dave took us on a tour of the property which is so peaceful and then we had a great chat with both of them before we left. They are such a great couple, hard working and very down to earth. We cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and hope to see Alicia and Dave again soon. You definitely want to stay here and be transported to somewhere very special!

David and Alicia were warm gracious hosts who made us feel most welcome. The room was beautiful with everything we needed and so clean. Alicia did dinner the first night which was delicious and presented so nicely, breakfast amazing. They were helpful with suggestions and we had done a walk after we checked out and Alicia went out of her way to make us a bodem coffee to take away. The little extras so appreciated. Make this a a place to stay!! Cathy
