Steve Smid swore at and hung up on me while I was asking how to spell an employees name for a quote from them. Steve Smid is supposed to be a manager for the company and got SO frustrated by my question that he thought it was acceptable and appropriate to swear at a customer. Extremely poor customer service across the board. Highly recommend going to an alternative for any sales requests.
