We bought our appliances at Lowes. When we needed repairs under warranty they had no service people in the area. Terrible customer service. Willy to the rescue. He repaired our microwave in less than 1 hour. Goodbye Lowes. Duncans have all my appliance and tv business from now on!

I dont even know where to start. Weve been without a fridge for over 3 months out of Montreal after our 8 month old fridge diedwith no support from many unreturned phone calls and SOMEHOW Duncans William and Bill were contacted and out of nowhere saved the day and did the biggest favour in the world. They were contacted and delivered our new fridge today out of the kindness of their hearts! Wish we had known about Duncans to begin with because we would have bought alllll our appliances through them! I cannot say enough the appreciation and support William and Bill gave us! Thank you so much ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APPLIANCE STORE FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS!
